The Zambia Devolution Support Program (ZDSP) is a government initiative aimed at enhancing local governance and decentralization in Zambia, with a funding of over $210 million from the World Bank.

The ZDSP was launched in 2023 and is designed to support the Zambian government’s decentralization agenda by strengthening the capacity, accountability, and service delivery of local authorities.
